  Pets are not allowed to visit the bar and other public places in the hotel, and a pet should not be in the room during cleaning. In public places of catering, they can stay with a guide dog or with a service dog.

  Only one animal can be accommodated in one room.

  On the territory of the hotel, with the exception of the room, the animal must be muzzled and on a leash. If this is not feasible, then the pet must be in the owner's arms or in a carrier.

  Guests are advised to have the necessary utensils, beds, towels and other items that come into contact with the animal.

  It is forbidden to use hotel items for pet care, as well as to carry out grooming procedures in the room. It is recommended to walk with pet outside the hotel and clean up after him.

  Property damage caused by a pet must be compensated.

  Guests with pets can only stay at the hotel upon prior reservation, subject to availability of rooms. The hotel reserves the right to confirm or refuse accommodation.

  When checking into a hotel with pets, the Guest must familiarize himself with the Rules of accommodation for guests with pets and put a signature confirming agreement with these rules.

  The Hotel reserves the right to terminate the agreement with the Guest staying with a pet and ask the Guest to leave the hotel in case of violation of the rules of accommodation.

  After checking out of the room, guest must return their key card to the reception desk.
