  Os requisitos para os documentos necessários no check-in dependem do tipo de alojamento e dos regulamentos aplicáveis. Para hotéis e outras instalações de alojamento podem ser aceites um passaporte russo, um passaporte internacional ou a carta de condução. Para apartamentos, apartamentos geridos e outras propriedades onde o check-in ou conclusão do contrato é executada de acordo com as regras de um alojamento específico, os documentos necessários são determinados pelo alojamento.

  According to the Government Decree No. 1853 of 11/18/2020 (clause 18), Minors under the age of 14 are required to check in the hotel with the documents of their parents (adoptive parents, guardians). If the accompanying persons are not legal guardians, they are required to provide the notarized consent form of the legal guardians (one of them) and the birth certificate of the minors. Minors aged 14 or above, in the absence of legal representatives next to them, are required to check in the hotel with his/her identity document and a notarized consent form from the legal guardian (one of them).

  Guests must comply with the following rules:

  -the established order of accommodation;

  -fire safety regulations;

  -generally accepted sanitary standards.

  The working hours of the hotel are around the clock.

  To get a place at the hotel, you must present your passport or driver's license to the administrator.
